and.radio.wires is the blog of Michael Nelson.

At the time of writing this I am about to begin the fourth year of my Computer Science degree at Reading Uni. A few months ago I completed my placement year where I worked as a developer for HeathWallace - a web agency based in Reading.

The posts in this blog will mostly be about my main two passions; computing and music. And where my final year project is concerned, they will be about both of those things.

This site initially began as a project to teach myself PHP and MySQL and once it was built I thought I might as well use it. Its status as a bit of a play area for me is probably not going to change as I want to continue to do web-based stuff like get to know JQuery a bit better, and I won't get many chances to do much web development as part of my degree so hopefully this'll keep me in the loop a little bit.
